Webby Greetings

Hi all,

I was suppose to have gotten this posted yesterday, but by the time I got the LO like I "halfway" wanted it, there was no sun left...lol  I'm not much for celebrating Halloween, but I thought it was a great subject for my next card.  The fold is called a "Swing Fold".  The image I'm using is called "Goofy Spider" from my old shop Digi Doodle Shop.  He's colored with ProMarkers.  I made the sentiments in PSP, and drew the spider web.  The paper is of what was given to me as a gift.

I'm still trying to get the hang of this picture taking.  As it stands, my pictures only seem to come out good in the day time.  I guess it's all in the lighting.  Who knows, maybe I've been good enough this year to get a nice camera....but I'm not counting on it...lol

Thanks for stopping by, and having a looksie, your comments mean and help so much..xoxo

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

P.S. I clicked to follow thru your Google gadget but I don't really use that. Is it possibly to put that "subscribe by email" widget on your blog so I can get updates to my inbox?? If not, that's okay too.

Do you know, you can use Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to correct your lighting issues?

Just open up your image in Photoshop.
Click on Adjustments
Click Auto Levels
Click on Auto Color
Then click on Curves. While in Curves make sure the little triangles on the lower left are set for the white one to be first. Then just slightly click and drag the line between the bottom and middle dot downward until it brightens the image.
Then just save your new image for Web and adjust your settings for PNG. You can see the difference of different settings by using the Optimize view

I hope this helps you out. I think that you can probably do it in PSP too but I am unfamiliar with PSP as I have always used Photoshop.

Have a great day!
